FAQ

  • I work with individuals over the age of 18. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities.

  • Therapy sessions will be weekly, at the same time. They will last 50 minutes.

  • Therapy is your space to talk about whatever you want – nothing is off-limits. I will listen and ask questions or guide you towards certain topics or feelings.

  • There is no prescriptive or recommended length for therapy.

    I offer open-ended work, with no initial set end date but with reviews in order to check-in with how therapy is progressing.

    I am also open to discussing time-limited work.

  • Therapy is a safe and confidential space.

  • If you are interested in starting therapy with me, or have any other questions, please contact me here. We can arrange a time to have an initial session which is charged at half my rate, where we will explore what has brought you to therapy and I will ask you some questions about your background. This will be an opportunity for you to ask me any questions.

    If we decide to continue, we will agree a weekly time. If after an initial session I feel you are best suited to another therapist, I will signpost you to a colleague or offer relevant resources.
